2nd Shift Production Supervisor

GPAC is partnering confidentially with a well-established food manufacturing company seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead production operations on the floor. This role is open due to a recent departure and the company is ready to hire quickly .

This is a hands-on leadership position , ideal for a supervisor who enjoys being present with their team, keeping production moving, and maintaining strong food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support production teams on 2nd shift, ideal hours 1pm-10pm

Keep production running efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and output goals

Enforce food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards

Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement

Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth shift transitions

Lead by example on the floor - this is not a desk-only role

What We're Looking For

2-3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing

Strong working knowledge of food safety and production processes

Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented leadership style

Experience with fruit, vegetable, or similar food processing is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)
