Technology Consultant, Advisor Enablement

Overview

A growing financial technology organization is seeking a Technology Consultant to serve as a key liaison between its technology platform and the financial professionals who use it. This individual will play a highly visible role in demonstrating platform capabilities, delivering training programs, conducting webinars, and supporting technology adoption across a nationwide network of users.

This position is ideal for a polished presenter who enjoys simplifying complex technology concepts, educating users, and helping clients maximize the value of technology solutions. The role combines software demonstrations, client engagement, training, and strategic enablement in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging software demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Lead webinars, training sessions, technology workshops, and virtual presentations for a variety of audiences.
• Translate complex product capabilities into business-focused benefits and practical use cases.
• Partner with internal technology teams and external stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop educational content, user guides, training materials, presentations, and best-practice documentation.
• Support technology adoption initiatives through ongoing client engagement and enablement programs.
• Facilitate implementation discussions, strategic planning sessions, and product education initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to internal teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Travel periodically to support onsite training, relationship-building, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a client-facing technology, consulting, enablement, training, solutions engineering, customer success, or related role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering software demonstrations, presentations, training sessions, or workshops.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear business value.
• Background in financial services, financial technology, wealth management technology, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms, financial software, reporting platforms, or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
