Job Description

Salary: $156,000 - 187,200 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or another technology field
• 5+ years of full-stack experience developing internet applications with Ruby and Rails
• Strong planning, organizational, process-management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to resolve complex software development and design challenges with clean, coherent code that follows established guidelines
• Ability to write technical design and build documentation covering technical infrastructure
• Familiarity with delivering software applications through the web
• Experience architecting and developing solutions that meet high-security infrastructure coding standards

• Develop code that follows design specifications, security requirements, Ruby on Rails best practices, and support requirements
• Build client applications with Ruby on Rails and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, and React
• Create high-quality features across the full technology stack and implement robust, secure, scalable software
• Use tools for unit and regression testing, automated builds, and source control
• Build working relationships across teams and collaborate with other groups to develop and implement solutions
• Design and develop new systems, enhance existing software, and fix defects
• Support and maintain business-critical web applications
• Participate in project development and implementation, including application integrations
• Conduct code reviews with team members
• Review implementation plans and participate in, or manage, product installations
