About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The Production Assistant will support event setup, operational logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure all production elements run smoothly during events and daily activities
Responsibilities
* Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site production tasks
* Prepare and organize materials, equipment, and supplies for events
* Support team members with day-to-day operational and production needs
* Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and properly arranged
* Monitor workflow during events and report any issues to supervisors
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous experience in events, production, or general labor is a plus
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
