To support project implementation within KYCD by coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring proper documentation and communication among relevant stakeholders.

• Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of KYCD projects
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materials
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth project implementation
• Follow up on project action items and ensure timely completion
• Identify and escalate project issues or potential delays to relevant stakeholders
• Support data analysis and reporting related to project progress and performance
• Assist in other project management and administrative activities as required

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project management, PMO, banking, or KYC-related projects is a plus
